Tasso Cream Sauce

1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 cup tasso, chopped thin
1 cup whipping cream

Melt butter.  Add cream and tasso.  Reduce by half 4-5 minutes.
Add parsley, basil, & thyme.
