
Really Good Nacho Dip
1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1-1/2 lbs Jimmy Dean sausage
2 lbs Velveeta cheese
1 can diced chili peppers
1 can diced jalapeno peppers
15 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
Brown the ground beef and the sausage. Drain the meat and place in a
large sauce pan or a crock pot. Cut the Velveeta into chunks, and stir
into the meat along with everything else. Cook, stirring occasionally
until the cheese is melted. (note: you might want to start by using only
half of the diced chilis.)
