
Chicken Tidbits Chinese
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
3 Tbsp dry sherry
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tsp corn starch
3-4 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp powdered thyme
Cut the boned chicken breasts into bite-size tidbits.
Combine sherry and soy sauce and stir in corn startch for a marinade.
Marinate tidbits for 15 to 30 minutes.
Melt butter in a wok or a large fry pan.
Add the chicken and sprinkle with seasonings.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve with dip, below.
Creamy Curry Dip
1/4 cup pineapple yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp orange flavored gelatin
1/2 tsp curry powder
Mix all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
