
Prosciutto with Pears
3 firm-ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons lime juice
16 thin slices of prosciutto (about 1/2 pound)
Freshly ground pepper
Place the sliced pears in a mixing bowl, sprinkle with the lime
juice and toss. Divide them among four individual serving plates.
Drape about four slices of the prosciutto over each portion
of pears and grind a little fresh pepper on top.
