
Honeydew Melon in Tawny Port
1 honeydew melon-peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
1-1/2 cups tawny port
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
1. Place the melon in a bowl and pour in the port.
Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
2. Serve the melon cubes, with some of the liquid,
in a large chilled serving bowl or individual dessert
dishes. Garnish with the mint leaves.
